“This book is a journal of thoughts that came while in a state of centeredness. It will not tell you how to act or even feel, but aims to show how the arrangement of your thoughts, emotions, and consciousness will influence your actions and determine your state of being. The meditations are not intended to be received as scientific matters of fact. They are descriptions of feelings, and are thus, subjective. Sometimes inspiration arises from the thought of what could be, though it be not empirically-provable. The author shares these thoughts as a means to help the reader conceptualize a state of consciousness that is attainable through meditation and the positive changes it can bring. My hope is that sharing words born of this state can illuminate a path to it. The issues discussed are split between matters both micro and macro, with the aim of showing the subtle connections between them. Good teaching is an attempt to convey something that is truly felt, as opposed to simply believed. This is why you will find common elements within different sources of good teaching. Finding the intersections can help you get a sense of the true experience.
