Life can be pretty tough and it is something which can test even the most resilient and hardy individuals. This book documents my own struggles with depression and anxiety and how I finally beat it. I composed this book whilst I was suffering from depression and every chapter was completed as I inched closer towards complete recovery. Rather than being a story that’s all about me, it is meant to inspire other people to finally get the life they want. Mindfulness is an approach which I feel very strongly about and is covered throughout the book as well as other methods for getting better. Sometimes it can seem like things won’t get better, but they will and you can be happy too.
