Throughout our lives, without our knowledge (or our consent for that matter), our bodies build up toxins deep within our tissues. These toxins are primarily diet-related (or should I say are a result of our poor dietary choices throughout the years), but we can also factor in environmental toxins like air pollution and sub-optimal drinking water, as well as work-related exposure.
