DNA chromatography is a new method for analysis and preparative separations of DNA. Unlike gel electrophoresis, the separations are more rapid, and much more easily automated. This book covers both basic concepts and practice of the new method. Even those who have not used chromatography yet will have the chance to get an understandable introduction in DNA chromatography. Molecular biologists and genome scientists working in universities or in industry will gain the knowledge to understand and to use the new method in their laboratory.
