'Fun with Hiragana' is a method of teaching the Hiragana sylabary. It involves three different elements - the teacher's large flash cards for use in class drills, a smaller set of the same cards for each student, and a workbook. The flashcards speak for themselves; the workbook, however, calls for some explanation. It's in three parts - Part I introduces the 46 basic hiragana, and presents words as well as space for the students to practice writing. Part II provides additional space for practice in writing the hiragana, with diagrams showing correct stroke order. Part III gives examples of some usefull expressions in hiragana and romaji, along with an English gloss.
