'My First Origami Book' aims to be an introduction into the world of paper creations. With origami, the Japanese craft, toddlers can turn ordinary pieces of paper into animals, decorations, toys and more. There are five chapters of 35 paper creations. Begin with 'Animals', from cows to whales and even a Chinese dragon. In 'Flying Objects', find out how to make the classic paper aeroplane, then try the kites or the space rocket. There are presents in 'Gifts' - pop-out cards, crackers and folded fans. All the projects have instructions and cute artworks that are easy to follow, and each one has a grade, so that it is possible to start with the easiest projects and, as the origami skills improve, move onto the trickier ones.
